“Initially started using this product in the morning half a hour before breakfast but ended up missing it often as the mornings are a bit of a rush in our house! So I now take it at night before bed. I think it's helps with my joints and am hoping to delay the aging process by taking it in my forties. I was attracted by the quality of the ingredients.
