Regarding the scoop, thank you for your feedback. We removed the plastic scoop after asking our customers whether they preferred one in every pouch or a reusable “scoop for life.” The reusable scoop came out on top and is available on our website. You can also use a heaped tablespoon, which provides the same measurement.
