Thank you for your lovely review you can take Collagen Shots pretty much at any time. The reason we say to take at night is that the body is renewing during sleep and to supply the amino acid proteins within Collagen Shots at that time gives great benefits. It is good to take on an empty stomach as there is greater absorbency but our customers take it at all times of day and still get wonderful results 😊 hope that helps x
