“Definitely think it has made a difference to my skin - it looks brighter and younger. For the first couple of months, I thought it made me feel more awake and healthy too, although I think this effect diminishes. Thank you for your comments, this is really unusual as most people find that H3O Night Repair helps them to sleep more peacefully. The headaches may have been due to the fact that they do detoxify slightly. Sorry that you felt this product wasn't for you.
