“I flip flopped on buying this for ages but finally did and don’t regret it. I start my day with a glass to help improve that overnight dehydration, and often have a second glass later in the day. I used to suffer with muscle cramps frequently, likely caused by dehydration which has now almost completely stopped and it’s helping my skin hydration and concentration as well. Taste is lovely too, very similar to the collagen shots, a mild berry flavour.”
