“Love the product but it isn't easy to mix with water. If you use slightly warm water it dissolves better. Also, the instructions for using the pack together are not clear. It would benefit from a summary sheet in the pack so that all the information is in one place.”

Thank you for buying our products. It's brilliant to hear that you are seeing the results. The H3O does come with a very small scoop, we've tried to get a longer handle but they're not made. The best thing is to use a small teaspoon, it's much easier that way. We do make them in individual sachets, they are just being printed and put into boxes, the only problem is that the box wouldn't fit in the Radiant skin pack and it is so lovely together as a set so we will keep putting the pouches in the Radiant skin box. It might help if we put a note in to mention it, so we really appreciate your feedback and thank you again xx
