“I use the shots every day, my only complaint is the delivery, I am never around when they arrive and hate that the my have to be signed for, any other delivery I get I ask for it to be left in my porch but there doesn't seem to be this option, I am pondering another supplier as my neighbours are not often around either”

We've found that if we don't send orders via Royal Mail's “Signed For” service, the postman may push them through the letterbox. This can sometimes cause damage to the packaging, and in rare cases, the contents might spill, which we certainly want to avoid.
If you haven't already, you might want to try downloading the Royal Mail app. It allows you to control when your delivery arrives, or you can arrange for it to be left with a neighbor or in a safe place. I personally find the app handy, especially when I'm away from home.
