“I have been using this product for nearly a year now. I love it because my hot flushes are a thing of the past.
I must say though that I have experimented with it. The recommended dosage is two tablets per day. When I started taking the product this worked. However, after a couple of months I stopped feeling any beneficial effects in my moods or body. Then I decided to take twice as much. I have been doing this for over 9 months and my moods are more stable, my hot flushes have disappeared and the typical fat of a menopausal woman is under control. I am delighted.”
