Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review, we really appreciate it. I can imagine working as a teacher comes with many bugs! If you start to feel you need more just up your dosage to 2, I tend to have 2 in the winter months, keeps the bugs at bay.

“I ordered this product because it was suggested on another site. I looked up the top best pre & pro-biotic capsules and your company were in the list at an affordable price for me since I am a senior citizen. I mainly wanted to improve my digestive system as I suffer with IBS. I thought this was the way to go to try and optimise the good flora in my system and help relieve the effects of the IBS.
It's the second month of taking them and I'm beginning to feel the benefits. Hopefully this will improve as time goes on. Fingers crossed.”
