The Kakun Premium Eco Wool Mattress Topper is made of organic wool and cotton, and wool will naturally compress over time - this does not mean that the topper is no longer providing pressure point relief and comfort. Sunning your wool topper a few times a year is great way to refresh and cleanse it naturally while rejuvenating the wool fibers. The knots that hold the layers of the topper together are hand-knotted, so perhaps you have a couple that are a bit high and can be retied the next time you change your sheets. The topper actually should be flipped and rotated when you change your sheets so that it wears evenly.
