“Very unsatisfactory. Does not work for my body type( small stature) I find the bed very uncomfortable and has no plushness to the product. I feel like I am sleeping on a piece of foam and also rather than jumping into a cozy bed, I now feel like I am bending down to lay down too close to the floor. Since purchasing the latex layers bed I wake up in the morning with a sore lower back that lasts for several hours. Nope, this is not an age thing as I am active and fit and the sore back only started since sleeping on the new bed. This is contrary to what the staff person suggested when I voiced my concern about the bed.
As a 73 years of age person, I would not recommend this bed if you value comfort.”
