“I had been promised, at the point of sale, that the frame, bed and custom-made waterproof cover would be delivered together. I specifically checked this out with your salesperson as the Magic frame had been sitting in your warehouse, while my daughter was hospitalized. My daughter is severely disabled and incontinent and has uncontrolled epilepsy. The bed was delivered without the waterproof cover. As a result, I spent several nights having to sleep with her until the waterproof cover arrived. She was pounding on her door trying to get into her room. The whole experience was very stressful for a single already burned out parent. Next time, a customer specifically requests something, please make sure that there is not a breakdown of communication between your sales staff and your warehouse staff.”
