My back was fatigued from slumping in memory foam mattresses for years, that when I slept on the firm support of the shikibuton, my back hurt. But after a day or two, I was standing a little straighter! And enjoying sleeping on the lovely natural materials every night. I enjoy folding it up every morning, and putting the sheets back on every night - keeps the sheets clean from dust throughout the day! Highly recommend!”
