“I like how the pillow can be adjusted to your personal neeeds. 1 week after buying I had to go back as it still wasn't correct for me and moew filling was removed and ensured it was right by having me lye down agian to check my body posture”

“Initially I found the pillow somewhat firm. After a week, about 10% of the fill was removed. The pillow seem to be getting softer and flatter with use so after a couple of weeks, the 10% was put back in. Now it is plump again but the fill has softened somewhat. I am now pleased with it. It just needed to be broken in.”

“I bought two Queen-sized wool pillows and am very happy with them. I needed to remove some of the wool to soften each pillow for a better head "fit" but, of course, I expected to do so. Pillows are such a personal feel. I love the softness yet complete support for my head and neither my face nor head ever feels overly warm -- even on hot, humid nights. A great purchase!”
