Even after removing a portion of the filling ( which I found to be a messy procedure ) in order to personalize it to my requirements I could not get used to the smell or the texture. I much prefer the woollen filled pillow. Sorry, but you asked---”

It's our most popular pillow, and it can take a few trys to get it to the perfect loft. We invite you to stop into our Duncan warehouse or the Victoria store, and we will happily customize your pillow further. We do this all the time, so we hardly spill any fill 😏. The latex smell will dissipate one the pillow has time to air out - since they arrive vacuum packed. “I bought my Kakun Organic Pillow after seeing how satisfied my husband was/is with his, and he's had his for approximately 4 years. So far, I am very pleased with both the comfort and the 'adaptability' of this pillow -- I very much like being able to adjust the density and bulk of the pillow by adding (or removing) various amounts of latex foam. It is very easy to do this, and I am also delighted with the quality of the cottom pillow cover, and the quality of the sewing.”
