“Staff (Sorry I cannot remember her name, she was LOVELY!) was very helpful and listened to what I needed (hot side sleeper with neck and spine issues) then recommended a product and explained why that product was best for me. Then I got to try it out. When I purchased my pillow the staff member then took the time to customize the amount of filling in the pillow to make sure the pillow was as close to size as the one I had tried out as possible and made sure I knew how to adjust things if needed. My new pillow is responsible for completely eliminating my morning neck pain and I’m sleeping better and no face sweats. I would have thought wool would be the wrong choice for me, I never would have selected that myself but I trusted the staff member and do not regret it at all. They know what they are talking about!!”
