“I bought the best possible pillow I could dream of from you in 2017. The only reason I bought another one was because the other one is overseas, waiting for my return. At first the original pillow was too fluffy, so I took some out and then the wool settled and I added it in for the perfect fill.
This pillow doesn't even compare. The pillowcase is scratchy instead of soft flannel and has no zipper. Also, I'm not sure it's an organic pillowcase as I can only "half" breathe while laying on it. The first nights were okay, since I put my own other cases on it while I washed what it came with. Now I have had to ditch those cases. Also, there is hardly any wool in this one. I scrunch it up and still get a sore neck due to it being too low. I was thinking of trying to sew it smaller, so that I get a decent height.
Just thought I would let you know that these changes to your pillow are unfortunate and disappointing.”
