I assure you that these sheets are made by the same wonderful company as your first set. We do find that they soften and smooth out with wash and wear. I do advise you to wash them once or twice, and if they are still not suitable, let us know and we'll take care of you.

“We've been using high thread count (from 400-800) non-organic cotton sheets and have been very comfortable sleeping in them for many, many years now. So why change? We were curious about the comfort/feel, fit and durability of an organic product. Theses sheets are not as soft and silky as what we're use to, but after 2 weeks now we've noticed an upgrade in coziness. It's very difficult for me to elaborate on this, but we are very finicky sleepers and hyper detail-oriented consumers, so even a slight upgrade from what we thought was the best-of-the-best in sheets is worth every penny to us and we are happy with this purchase. The fit is great -there's very little shifting or bunching in the sheets, even after sleeping overtime on Sunday morning.”

“I loved the service at the store, and the fabric of the sheet is great, but the size of the queen fitted sheet I got is way too big for my standard queen mattress... I’ve never had a fitted sheet not fit properly before so I was surprised. The fitted stitching is just way beyond where the corners of the mattress are, so the sheet doesn’t fit tightly to my mattress, so I’m pretty disappointed about that. Otherwise great”

We're so sorry to hear about the sizing of your fitted sheet not working for you. Naturesoft does create their sheets at a 17" depth to accommodate for various mattress thicknesses. We want to make it right for you. I will reach out shortly to help you to find a solution.
