“I am always very happy with the quality of retractable banners provided by Retractable Banners On-The-Cheap. On this occasion I have rated as only four stars due to some damage on the received retractable banner - they do a good job of packaging, but the box had been punctured at some point in shipping causing a mark on the retractable banner making it less than ideal for the display purpose intended.”
