“Delivery was listed for both Items to be here on 5/11/16. On 5/11/16 only the retractable banners arrived yet the delivery info on their website stated everything was here. I contacted them via their website help. About 20 mins later I received an email that the second item has now just shipped. No apologizes or reasons. “We were designing a retractable banner (go figure) and submitted our design with no hitches. Then I received an email notification saying that the production on it had halted due to low resolution on a logo included. The link provided simple instructions to resolve it and I was soon notified via a phone call that everything would resume the original production and delivery schedule. Was an A+ experience.”
