“So the actual base itself looks really good and is sturdy. However, it did get a tiny bit dinged up in the shipping. Not big enough to cause a concern, but should be noted for anyone who doesn't like small dents in their stand. Also, the pole is connected by a cord which is super handy and useful in keeping it together. However, the pose and the connection to the banner can feel a little flimsy sometimes. So when they say that this is an "INDOOR BANNER" you best believe you better keep it indoors. The carrying case feels strong and makes it easy to carry. It's nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Also, there's no padding in the case so be careful when lugging your banner around. Overall, it's a great product for someone who is on a tighter budget.”

“Banner doesn't retract evenly. A bit disappointed since we had to re-order due to a flimsy base and banner edges coming out of the frame. Printing is high quality, however.”
