“Banner came out looking great and was attached appropriately to the retractable stand. However the top lip that you pull from the base got one end pushed in amidst manufacturing or shipping to us and had to be dug out with two screwdrivers before the banner could be pulled up.”

“It took longer than the website stated it. There was no note on the website saying that we had to approve the template before the banner would be made. If there were notes on the website, it was not obvious enough.”
