“Unclear in their requirements. The site said they needed a 300 ppi image to build a real estate retractable banner. And so I went through the process of building the real estate retractable banner and they came back and said it wasn't enough.”

“The banners came quickly and look wonderful! The issues I came across were: 1. In shipping there was a crack in one of the bases for the stand. It will eventually crack all the way through. 2. The same stand that had a crack also came with the banner pushed down into the base. I had to use a screw driver to pry the banner top loose. Very disappointed that there wasn't any packaging to prevent that from happening. Can I get the stand replaced? Thanks!”

“Ordering was fast and easy! It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and my only complain is one of my boards was bent :/ shipping is kinda pricey so I expected everything to be ok! I know it's not all their fault. But I've been trying to get the bend out for over a week!”

“The package I ordered was supposed to have airrived onMarxh 3rd. I even paid an extra $8 to get it to my location by then. It still hasn't arrived. After contacting customer service I was made aware that the package could be remade and shipped to me but not until after I had left for the race in which I ordered the package for. In the end Retractable Banners On The Cheap agreed to ship a new package to my hotel where I'll be staying. It remains to be see if the package will actually show up.”
