“used the template and uploaded photo. had it centered in the space within the printing bleed guides. it was delivered off center and with part of the image cut off. have attempted to reach out both via email and through their online option and have yet to receive a response. Super disappionted as wse were hoping to use it as a promo event in the next few weeks.”

“The quality was very good! My only issue is that I sent the wrong version of a file and tried to get it fixed within 10 minutes of placing my order. They were closed so I sent a message. Never had a response. Then had to wait the weekend to call on Monday when they first opened. When I finally reached someone, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I will have to think twice before ordering from them again.”
