“Terrible customer service. I paid for expedited shipping. The image I uploaded was grainy, even though it met the size specifications. They messaged me the day before I should have received my banner and told me it was grainy. I responded that day with a new image. I never received a response to any of my emails that I sent them. They ended up mailing out the wrong, grainy banner. (Way after my event was over). When I called about it I got a partial refund and they would not refund my shipping. Go with a local company who has actual people working.”

“My banner was stuck in the tube. Once we got it up it was okay for about 3 weeks then it fell apart. The image part of the separated from the frame and is completely unusable.”
