“I was very impress with the depth of the color of the banner and the time in which it shipped out to me. I am equally impress with the quality of the up graded stand in which I order. I sort of wish I had purchased two of them in stead of one. bit overall I think the company did a great job and I will definitely be using them again I soon as I need another retractable stand. And yes the carry case makes transporting very simple.”

“First time ordering from Retractable Banners on the cheap, it was a good experience. The product is great, colors bright, & I ordered the Premium Greyback banner with the Premium retractable Banner Stand. The price was outstanding. My only fault with the order was the length of time it took me to get the delivery. Unfortunately, we didn't get it in time for the Bridal Show we attended. This was my fault. I ordered the banner on a Friday afternoon, 12/27/19. The website says the banner ships within 24 hours, well first, it was Friday so they didn't get the order until Monday morning. I was emailed a shipping number for Tuesday but that was New Years Eve, so the order wasn't shipped until January 2, 2020. My show was on January 4th and the product was delivered on January 6th. Again, I fully accept responsibility for the shipping issue. Next time I'll figure in any timing issues. Again, great product. Everyone who has seen the sign has commented on how good it looks. Thanks for your help in creating a attractive sign.”

“Banner was received very quickly which I loved. It was exactly like what was ordered. Only thing I would have like to change was when creating the banner there was more choice on spacing size between lines. Other than that, quite happy.”
