“I paid extra for fast shipping. When they didn't come in I called and was told a machine broke down so they would be a day late. They refunded me 50% of shipping fee however it then took 2 more days for them to come in. #1 It would have been appreciated if they had contacted me before and let me know. I was very frustrated. Overall I like the retractable banners.”

The only glitch is I wish you could arrange photos/art front and back instead of items just going from back to front in order of you importing them. The rest is amazing. They contacted me to work everything out when photos were too pixelated. Easy customer service.”
