“I placed an order several weeks ago and it never arrived. I contacted this seller and was told that the USPS must have lost the order and that it would be re-shipped. That was a week ago. Never heard a word since then. No shipping update. No email. No order. Horrible way to do business. I would NEVER shop here again. Run screaming.”

“I order 30 retractable banners. They shipped separately. I got the first batch of 5 and one of those had a print error. It took another 4 days to get my other 25 retractable banners. When I alerted customer service to the error on the one retractable banner they offered to replace it at no charge. It will take another 4-6 days to get. Seems as though they are taking care of things.”
