“Personally, I prefer using latex bladders over the plastics. They have a softer response which makes it necessary to hit harder in order to get your speed up.
Harder hits = more work = stronger arms and shoulders. The last time I looked, that was pretty much the point of working out.
These bladders are also a breeze to install. No adhesive needed and the nipple for the inflator has a nice shoulder to hold it in place.
It took me less than 10 minuets from the time I took the bag down to having it back up and ready to go. I buy these 2 at a time so when I wear one out I can get back in action right away.
