“Not as described at all. The product looks nothing like the photos and the quality is substandard. Arrived with visible defects out of the box. Customer service passed me between departments without resolving anything.”

“Awful experience from start to finish. The product quality is poor, it malfunctioned on day two, and customer service has been completely useless. Still no refund after multiple attempts to contact them.”
