5-Day Mule 55L Bag - Dark Khaki Reviews

4.9 Rating 27 Reviews
I use this pack to do multi-day filmmaking trips for documentaries. I am able to fit my camera, all of my gear and suppliers, and a change of clothes in the backpack. And I can strap my bigtripod to the outside and it is sturdy and secure

I wanted a carry-on to go on my back that would be easy to bring through an airport/airplane and this delivered. Even filled all the way up it was comfortable to carry on my back. Much better than a duffle. The full zip feature is fantastic and the larger front pocket fit a pair of flat shoes easily. I've only used it on one trip but it feels sturdy and high-quality. I don't plan on using this outdoors so I almost feel like some of its features are wasted on me lol

Have used this twice so far and liking it. I have the smaller version for work and have been using it for months, so got the 55L to consolidate all my travel gear into one bag. The compartments are well thought out and I love the full-zip main compartment. Like all Roark gear it’s well-constructed and feels like it will hold up to years of travel. My only two requests would be making the inner luggage straps that hold your clothing a little more substantial, and a clip for your keys on an inner pocket. Other than that I love it.

Just got back from a 9 day trip. I did some laundry halfway through but this had more than ample space for everything including 2 mid layers. Durable bag, zippers seem durable, fit in all compartments on smaller planes. Definitely 5/5. My wife has a Cotopaxi Allpa 42 and it was too square to fit into some of the overhead bins. I highly recommend this bag.
