The bag I ended up choosing had a wear issue with the water bottle pocket, and Roark replaced the bag for free. I dig the gear - but that's almost beside the point. When you have customer service like this, it keeps you coming back. The design of this bag is thoughtful, and the moving parts have held up for me well. Highly recommend!”
