“These are my first pair of Roark jeans and I was unsure what to expect. These jeans are incredibly nice and look great. As far as fit goes I wear a 30x30 in Levi's 511, the 30" Roark jeans were a hair big in the waist. I did the unthinkable and washed them in cold water with no soap and dried them on low (my drier has a super low). My thinking was I couldn't go all the way down to a 28 so I may as well see if I could shrink the 30 a hair. After washing them the fit is just about perfect but still big in the waist and thigh. I'll be keeping these away from the washing machine from here on out and hope they shrink a little bit more on their own. I have no idea what would have happened if I had washed these in a regular cycle with cold water and dried them on medium heat, I assume they would have shrunk a lot instead of half a size.
