“Very nice denim. They look and feel more like pants than jeans, so they are perfect for looking sharp at work or social occasions while still being very comfortable. They came out of their first wash soft and free of heavy wrinkles or awkward creases. I started with the black, and I was so impressed that I purchased a second pair in golden. The fit is exceptional. If you’re a Gen-X guy who can’t abide the slim and narrow jeans that have dominated fashion for the last twenty years, but you also don’t want to look hopelessly out of touch in the workplace or on a date, then the fit of these jeans is absolutely perfect. Another impressive fit detail: I always struggle to choose between 32 and 34 inseams because the impossible-to-find 33 is my ideal inseam length. But these 32’s are the most generous I’ve found; the length is perfect for me when new and I’m hopeful it’ll hold over time. A general note about Roark: This company has the easiest and quickest return process I’ve ever experienced. I returned a couple of shirts due to fitment issues.
