I bought it through their Black Friday sale so I called and asked if I could send it back and hopefully get the M in time for a trip I'm taking and they not only honored the sale price (the sale was over and the price as adjusted again), but they expedited it to me in time for my winter trip. I'm 5'10" with a slim and medium muscle build and about 175 lbs. The sleeve and jacket length are perfect and I've got enough room to move around as needed. It's a super soft and comfortable jacket that screams warmth.”
