“Love the look, super durable, great pockets. The one challenge I had was the waist sizing. I'm a 32" in most of my other pants, however I bought 32's in these pants and they were quite a bit too big. Even with maximal cinching of the drawstring they're liable to come right off. Would recommend you downsize your waist by 1-2 inches and then you're set with a sweet pair of pants.”

“Really wanted these pants to work but I have a few issues. The quality seems great; no complaints there. I'm 5' 11", 165 lbs with a slim athletic build. I'm a 32 in all of my pants so I ordered a 32 per Roark's website suggestion. I really think, however, that a 31 waist would fit me better; I have to cinch down the drawstrings to their tightest to keep the pants from snaking off my hips and tightening them in this way makes the pants pucker in an unattractive way in the front. If I did order a 31, however, I think the pant legs would be too tight; they are slightly tight in the 32s but not so much that they bind me (so I don't plan to try a 31). Which brings me to the drawstrings: I think it would be much better to have some kind of a webbing belt system with an integrated buckle. The drawstrings are fine if you're lounging or otherwise relaxing but when I'm traveling I don't want to mess with my clothes and I think I would need to mess with the drawstrings far more than I would like. I would love to see some changes and try again in the future. Perhaps a little more relaxed fit in the legs too.”

“I bought 2 pairs of these pants and 2 pairs of the same shorts. I love them… but one pair of the pants doesn’t fit the same as all the rest even though they are labeled the same size. So basically one pair of the pants are too small to wear. Pretty bummed about that. I love the others though.”
