“I like the shorts. Very comfortable and fit well. That’s why I bought 3 more. However after I purchased I could see that shipping stalled. I sent an email asking why and was told to wait till the end of the week. This is already around 2 weeks later. I waited till the end of the week and contact service again. They said something went wrong, which was obvious at the beginning of the week, and offered to resend the shorts on a “rush delivery.” Pretty weak customer service for a customer that expected shorts within a week and is now almost 3 weeks in. About 3 days later I get an email saying they’ve finally been shipped… again. I receive the shorts about a week later. I like the shorts, but I won’t buy them again. They should have done more considering the value proposition wasn’t met for what I consider to be pretty expensive shorts. Customer service needs improvement”
