“Sadly, this shirt is sold as a beautiful addition to your adventure wardrobe. 3 washes in, it’ll nearly completely be destroyed. For the price, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere... I’m really disappointed in what I was sold and won’t look to buy anything else from Roark. Which is a shame...”
“This is by far one of the warmest flannels I own. Although the sleeves are a little long, it’s a great fit and looks amazing! Hopefully it’ll last for a long time.”
“I saw the reviews on here and it inspired me to write my own. This flannel is great. It’s real wool in the poly blend which means some wool strands will start to work themselves free but unlike cotton where pilling is only fixed by shaving them off, wool threads will just fall off on their own. That’s the nature of wool. So it’s not pilling as much as wearing in. Also if you are feeling like the wool is itchy you need to give it a chance to wear in also. It’s new and will be a little itchy at first. It’s also not supposed to be as soft and plush as cotton or they would make it from cotton. Before you even wear it you can wash in a white vinegar solution and that will help the fibers. Buying this over a cotton flannel that is considered more soft is warmth and durability. So buy it and break it in and wear it forever.”
