Lots of excellent material, well presented with many opportunities to interact and discuss key points. The mixed group, from all areas and levels of the business, brought in loads of different perspectives and experiences. The practical exercises, plus the 'Job Journey' presentations from the previous cohort brought a lot of the text to life. Leyla and Jason did a great job - thanks

Informative course delivered well. Built well on LSS GB and the focus on flow was particularly helpful. I would have preferred more on statistical analysis but appreciate there was only 2-3 of us that would have got any benefit from this.

I was extremely impressed with the training delivered, from start to finish the course was tailored to meet the needs of the group and individuals. The toolkit and supplies provided were fantastic helping you follow the programme and trial learning outside of the class. The course was interesting, interactive and broken down into bite sizes, making it easier to absorb information. The consultant was highly knowledgeable in this field and offered support and motivation throughout. The course met all my expectations and more and I would highly recommend to others! A massive thank you to Jason Elliott and Leyla Nazim (YW Employee)

I found the YW Method / Lean Six Sigma course very useful. The trainers Jason Elliott and Leyla Nazim were extremely helpful and approachable during the entire 8 weeks period. Their knowledge of the subject was very good and they were flexible to every individual's requirements. The message " Do it right the first time" was clear from day one and was consistently delivered throughout the course. The training content was easy to understand and presented very clearly. The exercises were simple enough for everyone to get involved, yet cleverly designed for the groups to be competitive. Will highly recommend this course to others who are interested in improving the ways of working.

Very good programme, really enjoyed it. Helps you question thinks different and apply approaches you might not have thought of.

It was brilliant because it was service focussed and the theory was applied to our organisation. The challenge now will be getting the time and head space to do it. The only thing is for a service focussed course we needed to build a product so were applying it in a manufacturing way. It was still valuable but I think we could have spent more time doing service type simulations because it has been harder to apply this learning across.

All in all the course was excellent and provided some well needed 'timeout' to develop our thinking in this area. Jason did an excellent job in managing a group of colleagues who were all at different levels of understanding, and provided some excellent practical examples to bring things to life. I have already used the toolkit for the projects I am running and developed my thinking in how some of my learning can help our team develop a continuous improvement capability in our organisation. Personally I have enjoyed the development of my relationship with Jason and the team, which has resulted in some constructive conversation regarding our strategy and thinking in some areas - added value!!! The only thing to consider from the second week would be Andy's involvement. From a 1:1 point of view I found him extremely knowledgeable and someone who could really help me develop my thinking; however, at times there were anecdotes that were tenuously linked to the topic being discussed and I could see some of my colleagues disengaging. Some of these conversations also put us back on the agenda (although well recovered by Jason). I wonder if Andy's thinking is more appropriate where colleagues have had chance to grasp the basics of this type of thinking and are attempting to work with senior leaders (not everyone in that room).
