The content of the course was very good to support our efforts in becoming more lean. It supported not only the projects we are working through, but also the transition to ISO9001:2015, looking at risks and continual improvement. In particular I found that focusing on measurements and analysis and what you learn from them has been most inspiring as these are steps that so very often are forgotten. Jason has been an excellent presenter - thanks for your support.

Very well presented course and material / discussions created a lot of good debate and thoughts about current / future measurements and ways of operating - very useful insight to improvements

The course was extremely well presented, the presenter had a first class knowledge of the subject that was being covered. The materials used during the course were excellent and very relevant. Very well structured and thought out.

Overall I did enjoy the Green Belt course. I have most definitely taken away a new method of thinking and a more structured, inquisitor's mind. The incorporation of a project personal to us as delegates to actively apply these methods helped to cement the thinking and provide some context to the concept. I found the first two days of the course difficult because I couldn't see how to apply the methods we were learning about and it was upon asking Andy when explaining my troubles that he said this was quite normal and when I come to do my project, pennies will start to drop. Maybe this could be explained earlier in the course to provide some reassurance to delegates who may be feeling the same way. The Lego model was highly effective as a self realisation tool and one that I think could be actively used to share our learning in an interactive manner with our peers. I found our course trainer, Andy, very approachable and clearly experienced in all things Lean which gave us confidence as delegates learning from him. It was interesting to hear of his own personal experiences of when he's seen these methods work and to know of some real life examples but I did feel at times the point had been made and we could move on but we continued to spend a lot of time continuing to listen to stories. I think that's a personal preference thing as colleagues of mine on the course didn't pick up on this at all. My only major criticism of the course is that it is too [powerpoint] slide heavy. It was a real effort on days 1 and 2 to maintain focus and try and absorb what we were being taught and I couldn't help but feel a sense of irony when we covered Edgar Dale's Presenting Skills slide at the end of the first day. Days 3 and 4 while still pretty heavy going, weren't as mentally draining as there was generally a lot more discussion and we were able to link methods and tools to our personal projects and made everything that little bit more relatable.
