“Very useful Techniques I can use from SIPOC to define the start and end of a process, and inputs/outputs etc.. Also identifying wastes and also the importance by including all parties involved not the suspected fail parts of a process. Lean Consultant very clear and made it easy to understand and me help identify the tools I can use in my job and to support the department for QA/QC at Nuvia. Very good all round! Thanks”
