“This has changed the game. I didn’t realize how much it would help me. Side effects can be uncomfortable sometimes (congestion and heartburn being the worst), but it’s worth it. I only get about 24-30 hours of effective time with this, and prefer to use it within 3 hours of sexual activity. I wish it would last longer, but I tried 5mg daily and didn’t feel it ever really provided enough effect to help. So I prefer the as-needed dose.”
