“At last as a type 1 diabetic a granola I can eat. Keto Caveman and cool raspberry are great and I can eat six times as much as the equivalent 50 grams of sweetens for the same sugar effect. Without exception all the others are way less carbs than weetabix but keto caveman and cool tap berry are best. I have with almond milk or double cream. Awesome.”
