“A STAR AMAZING. The quality of ingredients is exceptional, Brazil nuts are outstanding, but there are so many other lovely seeds & nuts and coconut. Its a breakfst bonanza you can eat as a snack anytime. An absolute favourite.”

“The perfect breakfast. Very low carb so ideal for diabetics or a keto diet or just anyone really. I add double cream, kefir, greek youghout to get the probiotics as well plus some fruit. Rasberries mainly. Truly delicious and filling. A wonderful start to the day”
