Hi Gail, very sorry to hear you're not happy with our roses. Our roses are 100% natural, for sure. You've ordered our Satin roses, indeed these have been sprayed to give that magic 'satin' touch. Please feel free to return the roses in exchange for our white or off-white roses, these are non sprayed roses.
