“Flowers were gorgeous. Can't say anything good about the delivery though! Specifically stated to be delivered at or after 16:30pm as no one would be home! As it turned out I was home early. The courier arrived way early, even though written on the card delivery for 16:30pm! But wait, she obviously couldn't be bothered taking a few steps to my Flat and decided to hand it over to the next Flat, even though our Flats are clearly numbered. Luckily I could heard her outside wondering why's it taking her forever to knock. Because she's having a laugh with the number and ready to leave! I said that's my order and she just laughed and left! So I will not be ordering from you again because I'm pretty sure there will be another stuff up!”
