“Once again I am very happy I chose Roses Are Red to send a bouquet to someone special. I love the way they communicate and send a photo of the bouquet that was sent. When I misunderstood the delivery times (Business verses Domestic) and contacted them after hours to enquire about a missed delivery they were wonderful in explaining the delivery schedule, got in touch with the courier and organised for the bouquet to be redirected. Even though the mistake was mine not theirs they immediately investigated, sorted it and got back to me. This is what great service looks like. I highly recommend them.”
