“I had ordered flowers because I am in the states on the day of my anniversary and so I had bought them online on 18 June and set the delivery date to be on 26 June - the day before my anniversary - and instead they delivered it the next day 19 June effectively ruining my anniversary surprise. Only giving it a three star instead of a two because the white lillies and roses were beautiful especially when the lillies bloomed.
Edit: after reviewing I unexpectedly got an email reply and they apologized with alternatives for the mix up. Truly amazing customer service I highly recommend”
