Its always a bit of a dilemma when sending flowers from half way across the country, especially with the likes of scammers on the scene nowadays. Your first point of contact, Natalie, who took my call put me completely at ease. I was thinking I should have chosen a florist closer to where my aunty lives but she assured me, you had already taken orders for Ponsonby and that it wouldnt be a problem at all plus free delivery. She's a star! Then later in the afternoon my brother called in. i showed him the photo you had sent me of the flowers and he thought that was a pretty amazing service, for you to take the time to do that. We called our dear aunty June, just as she had received the flowers. She had never been sent flowers (in 80 years of life) and was quite overwhelmed and tearful. She absolutely loved them! Even more delightful, she was going to show them off to her neighbours after our call.
