“The product might work for other customers but my dog refused it. Since the bag had to be open to offer it to the dog, the compan repy refused to reimburse me. So, basically, got punished twice - once by the pup refusing to eat, then - by no reimbursement. Btw, when stopped sprinkling it on top, the dog ate the patties as in the past. So the bag is standing in the corner...$80+ wasted...”
